Group Halloween costumes for 4 People
Four is the easiest number to get right: two pairs that also work as one group, so nobody is the odd one out in photos. The haunted house

Pick the grouping first and the costumes second. A group that decides "we are doing the haunted house" in one message gets there; a group that asks 4 people what they want to be does not.
