Group Halloween costumes for 10 People
Ten people will not agree on anything, so stop trying. Pick the theme, let everyone claim their own costume from it, and put the lot on one rail — it holds twelve, so there is room for the two who decide late. How to agree on one without a week of messages
Pick the grouping first and the costumes second. A group that decides "we are doing the haunted house" in one message gets there; a group that asks 10 people what they want to be does not. What to do if someone drops out
